I only ask as although I receive loads of these & usually file them accordingly, I got one today which made me chuckle due to the total lack of effort on translation.

Plus, we'd all know where to share them.

I'd say that unless it reaches the quality of the Megadik Penis Poem spam (you can Google that, I'm not posting it here) it's probably best just to keep it to yourself. They are never quite as funny once posted as they seemed when you first received them.
