'My Garage' Question

Hello PH ,

I joined PH on Friday and decided to put my familys motors up in 'My Garage' , now when i tried to upload pictures from snapfish they just came up with a small red X in the corner , i then made a flikr account but when i tried to upload the pictures it still came up with that red X in the corner.

You can still click on the red X and it shows you our cars. (there not anything intresting)

I know it says that PH say to use Web-Shots but when i go to sign up it is saying i have to pay $19.95 to sign-up. So here is two questions...

Q1) Is there a way to get a free Web-Shots account?

and

Q2) If not , what website do you use to 'host' your pictures?

Sorry to be a pain but i tried the photobucket suggestion and that didnt work so i tried the Image Shack suggestion and im still getting the little red X in the corner , so am i missing something blatently obvious or is it just my computer?

As said in the OP you can still see the cars if you click on the little red box but thats not the point is it?

Oh and by the way 'Papa Hotel' you have a nice Fiat Panda 100hp.

I would say you are using the Email and IM link rather than the direct link. Try using this:

What is the URL you're trying to use as the pic? I mean, does the internet address end in .jpg or .html? I think you might be trying to use a page with a picture on it instead of just the picture... if you see what I mean?

Make sure the piccy address doesn't have the img tags either end then update. I did this last night after copying the pic address off Photobucket.
