Moderator Help Required Please!

I'm trying to EDIT my advert but it keeps saying that something's not quite right and won't allow me to.

I had the same problem before and Rusty (I think!) helped me out with it, something to do with too much HTML or something? Not sure as I'm no computer wizard, lol

Could someone give me a hand please??? Here's the advert in question:

Just looking to change the price is all from £2000 to £1700.

Thanks again Rusty! Few quick questions though mate, do you know why my advert sits at the very end of the Premium adverts no matter how I search for it? It's not in order of newly listed ever, and nor is it in order of distance, it's always just sat right at the very end of the Premiums for some reason.

It was stuck half way between premium and standard, I've fixed it now and restarted it as a new advert.
