Can't see my classified ad

I submitted an ad on Wednesday to sell my Focus ST170 Estate. I have had all the confirmation necessary and my 'Ad Management' page states that it is "live" but I still can't find my ad with any kind of search. I even submitted a duplicate today. Again, I was told it was online but it just isn't. Is this a common problem and is there anything else I can do apart from contact the adverts team? This has been unsuccessful too so far too

Hi,

Your advert is live, but as it is a Standard advert it will appear after all the Premium and Trade adverts. At the time of writing this, it is on Page 22
