Just tells him new posters can post & wait 24hrs, each time he tries?

How are newbies expected to post then?

He managed to post over the wk end. Seems newbies can't post in the evenings? Well that's what it said popped up everytime he tried. Bit odd but anyway it appears that was the reason.
