How to change PH password

How can I change my password please?

I've been through the menus and can't see it.

As far as I know the only way to do it is to log out and click "Forgot Password" on the login page. That's how it always used to be anyhow.

You then get an email and can set a new one.

Suddenly I can't sign in, I have pressed the password reset many times and have not received an email.
Just set up a new account today in the hope someone will know how I can recover my original account.

You need to log in using the exact email you used for registration (it's a hotmail.co.uk address in your case).
