Trying to change email address

Hi mods.
On Monday 8th June I followed the procedure to change my email address but nothing has happened yet.
Who should I contact?

I've tried to contact PH Towers twice with no reply.
I'm registered on PH with a Tiscali.co.uk email address.
It seems Tiscali email no longer exists
So I need to change to another email address.
I've seen the thread that explains how to do it.
But it's far too complicated for my feeble brain to understand.
As I've said, PH aren't replying to my emails for help.
What should I do?

No reply or updates.
Could someone pls acknowledge or ideally make the change pls?

Hi there, apologies for the delay on this. We don't appear to have an email requesting the change in our info inbox or spam folder, but we'll be sure to update this right away. I have also sent a DM, but appreciate you may not have forwarding set up on the current email address. If you could send me a DM with the new email, we'll get this updated.
