Images not working

Hopefully someone can help.
The last couple of updates on my build thread have had the pics showing, despite using the usual way to upload them.
Any admin able to asvise what I can do to fix it?

What format are the image files you uploaded in?

The PH uploader does not support some formats.

Ahh. Heic whatever that is!!
Straight off my phone, which used to be jpeg.
How on earth has that happened there

That'll be the problem. HEIC not supported (nor video). Try changing settings so they are saved as JPEGs.

Don't suppose you know why it won't let me upload my video either? It's only 7meg and MP4.
I can't find anywhere that says what format it has to be in?

Videos are not hosted by PistonHeads (only images).

Upload to YouTube and then put a link to them in YouTube tags
