The only complaints procedure I can see in T&C about moderation decisions is this:

Terms and Conditions said:
Digital Services Act Complaints Procedure
If you are an EU resident and feel that either your content has been removed or your account restricted incorrectly, you have the right to appeal this decision for a period of six months following the initial action. You can raise a complaint with us by emailing DSA@pistonheads.com.

To be considered, your complaint must set out at least the following information:

Your name

Your username

Your Member ID

Your PistonHeads account email address

Link to forum thread, if applicable

Why the Content in question is/is not illegal, or is/is not in line with our Rules of Posting or our Terms and Conditions of Use

All complaints submitted will be handled under the supervision of qualified staff and users will be informed of the decision in a timely manner. In cases where the complaint contains sufficient grounds for reversal, PistonHeads will take the appropriate action.

The DSA may entitle you to apply to a designated out-of-court dispute settlement body. We will comply with the law in respect of any such entitlement. Unless otherwise prohibited, you must first exhaust our internal complaints procedure before initiating any external disputes process.
1) Is that the complaints procedure or is that something else?
2) If it is the complaints procedure, does it apply to UK?
3) If it is the complaints procedure, surely that's far too bureaucratic and waste of many peoples time for piddling stuff? I've certainly no intention of raising some complaint through that for trivial forum stuff if that really is the procedure, but am checking in case this is an oversight and some simpler thing was the intention. Also what's the difference between a member ID and a username?
