I am trying to advertise my car as a standard advert but it keeps asking for payment as though Ive advertised a premier advert,why is this?

Could it be that you need to have joined PH prior to January 2009 to have the benefit of free listings ?

As a new member you will have to pay to advertise your car on PH classifieds.

We introduced paid ads for cars roughly a year ago. All car ads are £9.99 and all other ads are still free.
