Profile Picture Not Changing

[LHD]

Chaps,

Profile picture isn't changing once you upload a new file.

Is it me or is it related to all the other shenanigans?

Sorry to be a pest at a busy time.

Hm ctrl-R and f5 update it sometimes!

I tried to change mine a while back, but it refused.

Seems to have changed now.

It's been like this for a while now, maybe years. I seem to remember it's a cacheing/synchronising issue? Probably not at the top of the list just now.
