Smiley stickers - where from?

I've seen all the pics of the stickered up cars (superb, by the way) and many have the (or ) and PH smileys.

Can't see them in the PH shop, nor any link to them on the several company's websites mentioned in the threads.

So where are you getting these smiley stickers?
