Camping at Porsche Curves end of Beausejour

I have tickets for Beausejour/Motorhome. I'd quite like to be up near Porsche curves. Last time I was at this site a couple of years ago, because I arrive very early on the opening Friday (5th June) the stewards fill up from the front near the main entrance to BSJ. How can i get a place up by Porsche Curves.

1. Ask but risk getting refused and drawing attention to myself.
2. Accept where I am put and move later in the day when no ones looking
3. Wait until later in the week when it starts to fill up and move then when it is less obvious.
4. Other suggestions?

Anyone done something like this?

Could say you are going to the Village on the curves site to the gate staff, that should get you directed to the field you want then just set up wherever you like. Bit cheeky but not breaking any rules

Plan 2 or 3 - or "5" on arrival - have a discreet folded piece of paper in your hand to offer when you express your wish to the marshal.

Suggest option 2 or 3 after option 5 has been tried.

The field by Porsche Curves is mainly motor homes but does get filled up by some big groups with tape and fencing pins.

So you could ask at the gate - they no you’re not in Village as it’s not on your ticket.

If not allowed then just wait 5 mins for the bike to go and move, if Porsche curves field not open get as close as possible and move when it is

The people on bikes get very shouty when you turn left and they turn right... They will pursue you and shout a lot of French words. Not speaking (or admitting to) French and shrugging shoulders does work....

We are in a motorhome and I have noticed in previous years that this area was full of motorhomes. It is a public part of BSJ though isn't it?

Needn't of worried. All the pitches are all ready marked. The campsite steward just said -where would you like to go. So, right up near Porsche Curves and spoilt for choice.
