You need the LeMans ticket app on your phone then as long as you register with the same email you used to buy the tickets, they will send them to the app.

Indeed. We always get physical tickets as we buy via an agency for the 24hrs, but as I've bought direct from the ACO for the Classic this year.

Once you login to the app then your tickets are sat there. Although they currently say 'Ticket Available Shortly'.

Thanks guys - I've got the App with the 'ticket available shortly' message - just wondered how long before the event before they activate it

I don't think they can be downloaded from the App (presumably to stop QR codes being passed around) you have to use the App when being scanned.

As I understand it though, once they have been activated (a few days before the event) they are cached so you don't need data to get them scanned at the time.

Here’s the answer I got back from ACO when asking if internet access required at the track for ticket app

Dear Sir,

We invite you to go on your Le Mans Tickets app before leaving for the event, like so, you will be able to "active" the QR Code on the app beforehand.
Then, once on the circuit, you will not need internet access to your QR Codes (for entering and leaving the circuit).

We remain available for further information,

Best Regards,
BILLETTERIE & SERVICE CLIENTS ACO

I didn’t know about the tickets been able to work with no data.

I didn’t like it happening, would still have liked to print them, but in the end the app worked well.

It was also very simple to send others their tickets. Didn’t allocate (can’t remember exact wording) on the tickets. Didn’t really see the purpose of it and it didn’t seem to be necessary.

Has anyone else got camping tickets like this?

I'm concerned with the "Camping Prohibited" part as I'm camping in a tent and this sounds like they've allocated me on the campervan section.

But then my invoice says for Prairie and not Prairie Camping-Car which looks right and the graphic matches the camping one as per the screengrab below.

I'm sure you'll be okay.

Belt and braces - There's still time to get one of these.

I believe that technically the campsites aren't campsites but 'aires' as they don't have the relevant facilities by the French standards which is why even Houx claims not to have electricity.

Cheers, I've had a reply from the ticket office saying it's an error on their part.
