Portsmouth to Caen Wednesday night. The integrale has an issue and so was going to take the Vantage, but have jibbed out and gone modern with the B3. I now feel a fraud.

I’m on the overnight Portsmouth to Caen crossing on Tuesday too. I’m setting off from Scotland on the Monday.

I was heading down with a pal & meeting a French friend at the circuit, but they’ve both pulled out, so I’ll be on my own.

We are on the same ferry crossing on Tuesday evening. We’re driving down from Aberdeen, but current plan is to leave Tuesday morning.

Where are you driving down from?

I’m driving down from Edinburgh. Probably staying in the Midlands somewhere on Monday night, before heading down to Portsmouth.

We will be heading from the Midlands to Portsmouth on Tuesday afternoon. Travelling with my son. Will pop over if we see you at the port/anywhere before!

Lovely! I think Porsches look great in bright colours. It’ll be hard to miss!

Yes, I’m on the overnight ferry too. With a cabin!

I’ve gone all posh. Back in the old days, when I went to the 24 Hours a few times back in the early 2000s, I simply used to sleep on the floor somewhere!

Nice VX220 Turbo STattam! A rare sight these days.

Yes would be good to meet, will likely get there ahead of time and get some food at Port Solent which is our usual plan. Nice motors both was hoping there might be some nice cars on the trip over!

Having attended our first Classic last year and numerous LM24s previously, two of us from our party are going this year in our individual cars. Hope the weather is going to play ball. Travelling down on Thursday morning via Le Shuttle.

We are taking the Newhaven Dieppe Ferry on Thursday morning at 08:30 in these 2 Cobras. It was great last year, hopefully it will be just as good this time around!
