Just wondering was the ban enforced - there were hardly any pools in Houx Annexe, but for those few who ignored the ban, were you targeted by Les Pigarillos?

Slightly off topic, but they also banned tents in the coach park in Parking Rouge, people used to set up tents when they arrived but we had "controlle's" stopping everyone. So everyone on our coach put them up after midnight when all the "controlle's" had gone home

we had a pretty big pool, no-one said a thing. Except when it overflowed into neighbours tents.

There were some hefty sized pools - there was a massive one in Airtrack campsite and it was miles from a tap - however they got it filled I dont know.

We went for the smallest pool possible this year only 12" wide. The pool police emptied pools around us but no fines.

it looked like they changed all the taps on houx so you cant use hoses on them any more i will have to come prepared next year with some spanners and a different tap to put on

Think this was the reason that pools have now been banned. Too many complaints from people who were flooded out.

You will also have to bring an angle grinder as the new taps had been welded on.

Nar, hack saw will do it plus £10 worth of bits and bobs from Plumb Center (20Euros from Carrefour) - had a good old look at it myself. Wonder if the ban will be in place next year? Would be better if they were to allow pools but charge £100 each and fine anyone floods neighbours.

We had a hose at Houx although only to fill the beer pool and soak passing people over the fence
