We were parked opposite too. The cortina looked fab on the roundabout

Yes Richard was complaining about his screen and bonnet being covered in oil, so I popped open the back and the bottom half of my engine and bay was covered in oil. It turned out the sump bolts were loose so I crawled underneath and had to tighten every bolt and add 4 pints of oil, I couldn’t believe the amount of mess 4 pints could make

As for the cortina, its a great car and goes well, that was its second time to Le Mans and both times its seen action on the roundabout and never missed a beat, unlike my car last year I snapped a drive shaft on the roundabout and it took me 3 weeks to get my car home, hence no roundabout for me this year
