So normally I would get my tickets through an operator like Lycian Events, so every thing is included. This year we are trying our hand at the ACO members early access, so I have a couple of questions if someone might be able to shed some light.

Am I correct in thinking that ACO members can buy up to 4 tickets each at the discounted rate?

When it comes to buying a camping pitch, is it a lucky dip or can you choose your preferred campsite? And is there a limit on the amount of pitches you can buy?

I appreciate these questions get asked pretty much yearly, but I can’t, for the life of me, find any info.

Cheers folks.

GA tickets: Think it's down to 2 discounted - but as many as you want full price.

Camping: You get a choice - but what's available when seems to be random. You might log in and find Houx available then someone log in 2 minutes later and find it is. If you go in with one specific campsite in mine (and it's not something like Beausjour) you might get lucky or you might not. If you go in with a few you'd be OK with you'd be very unlucky not to find at least 1 of them available. And I think a single member can buy 2 pitches.

Thought you could only buy 4 tickets for GE or GE/GS? in the members only period.

If you buy the Chapelle area/Members stand facilities upgrade its just 2 - buy 1 for member and can buy 1 for a guest.

GS tickets were pretty hard to buy a few years ago when last went down that route.

Good luck

"To ensure that as many people as possible have a chance of attending the event, the number of tickets is limited for Week Race, Weekend Race, Paddock and Gridwalk Entrances:

- ACO Members: you can purchase up to 4 tickets per buyer (including 2 at a discount price)

- General public: you can buy up to 4 tickets per buyer."

So yes you can buy 4 tickets - but only 2 at the discounted rate.

Probably first week in November, but I'd have thought the build up emails would have started by now.

Just been looking at my emails from last year. It seems first notice I got was on 28th October for aco members sale on the 4th November . I assume it will be the similar this time.

Good. Not working that day. Always the first worry and now the anxiety can build to get logged in next week.

A smooth, get what I want purchase would be most welcome this year. The process is honestly putting me off a bit now.

Already decided on the classic only in 2028, which will be first year (outside the Covid years) where there is a deliberate decision not to go to the 24hrs. But is also linked to my dad ducking out of 24hrs now in 2027 and willl do classic with him instead in ‘28.

Two of us, both ACO members, will be buying tickets. Is there any way we can get four Grandstand seats together at the discounted price? Trying by phone might be an option, but it looks to me as though it will have to be two discounted and two full price, and one of us has wasted their membership fee.

Any better ideas?

I'm an ACO member, which campsite should I buy?

I did 2006-2011 repeatedly on Houx and Houx Annexe and then twice on Guys's White Rabbit Racing campsite.

I understand things have changed!

Tents and maybe a small motorhome. We don't belive in Grandstand tickets. We sit on the grass with small green bottles for comfort. smile

Do members still get discounted grandstand tickets? My reading of the new benefits was they didn’t.

If they do in theory it has in the past been possible to link accounts together when buying. However I have never been brave enough to try it. My preferred option being to either share log in details and use 2 different devices each logged into the separate accounts or each log in at respective locations and keep in contact and just select adjacent seats.

I think you get two grandstand/entry combos at ACO rate. After that full price. Limited to two in ACO stands. I think up to 4 in other stands.

When buying four together for the ACO stand, it was a nightmare. In the past I have had two memberships and logged in at same time. Very lucky these days to co-ordinate that and have 4 seats together.

You should be able to get 4 together in other stands.

General question. How much would you pay extra to have early booking status, so even pre-members sale? ACO gold membership or something. If I could pre-select options and avoid the stress, I’m going to say I would pay an extra €200-250 on a membership. Such is the level booking day almost puts me off going to Le Mans now.

I would happily pay that. I dread the madness that is booking day. I never know if I have the right link, or I am missing an email, and then when it chucks you out of the queue for no reason I want to scream !We used to use agencies, but they kept letting us down, so I got ACO membership as it would be easier ... I always say if we can't get the tickets we want then the classic is the back up plan, which I don't think is quite the bun fight to book ?

I wouldn’t, it’s become a much more expensive job than it used to be as it is, if I had no chance if getting the tickets I want because of another layer of priority for those with deeper pockets I’d give up and watch in the telly

This page https://www.lemans.org/en/news/aco/club-aco-three-... makes no mention of reduced grandstand tickets on the new membership levels
