£14k for a sporty(ish) mileage muncher

As title I am after recommendations on a car to look at.

Will be used for commuting around the region with trips sometimes around 150-160 miles a day.

Ideally it needs to be

• Diesel
• 150bhp or above
• 2016 or newer
• As low miles as possible
• Cruise control
• Car play for maps and Spotify
• Manual or Auto
• Really good Mpg
• Able to get a long mountain bike in the back with seats down
• Budget is £14k max
