Buying your lease car.. Always worth checking....
Discussion
I cheekily checked how much the leasing company would sell my Nissan Ariya for if I were to buy it.
£22,500 for less than 10,000 miles over 2 years.
It cost just under £50K new and I paid only £8K for the 2 year lease.
So a net "saving" of almost £20K.
I half regret getting the Eny1 now but sadly I don't have the upfront money to buy it!
So if you love your lease car and want to keep it, maybe just check and you may end up buying it.
(PS: they can't technically sell directly to you. But I think nothing prevents your OH from buying it).
