Previous Owner History, 1-2 owners in first 4 months?

V.Early stages at looking at a Range Rover Sport 2019/2020 perhaps bit newer

I know, I know, but prepared to get an extra warranty & put aside some spare cash.
People seem to love them & generally accept the risks & always wanted one, will be the dog car & not wholy reliant upon it.
Had a new model evoque on lease, really liked that a lot, handed back 18months ago, that was developing issues, DPF etc. so pleased end of lease.

One taken my eye is a 2.0 P400e 2019, really good service history, main dealer.
1-2 owners - 4 months
3rd owner - 1year 11 months
4th keeper - 4 years and 4 months

the 1-2 owners has me confused, assume pre-registered but what about the 2nd.
2 years & then 4+ years a good'ish sign?

Think might prefer a 3 litre diesel & believe the Ingenium slightly more reliable but different issues I understand.

First keeper was the dealership (pre-reg)

Second keeper was the first owner who bought the pre-reg.
