My wife hates the seats in my M12, is it possible to change them for M400 seats?

Serious answer: no, the transmission tunnel in the M400 is thinner to allow the seats to fit (this is what I have heard rather than measuring myself so it may still be worth enquiring with the factory).

There may be some other options, but it'll take me a few weeks or so to work out if my "cunning plan" is going to work.

I don't like the standard seats much either. Toying with getting some retrimmer to insert some padding into them, especially in the lumbar area. Or you could get some pads as per another thread on here.

The transmission tunnel on the M400 is apparently only 5mm on each side smaller or something laughable so confused that it makes much odds.

Dan - You might not think that a little extra width makes a lot of difference, but others would differ

Joust, is your cunning plan taking shape? Seat shaped?

I'm still working on it....

Sorry - like Paul's work on the wheels and mine on the lights, these things take a lot of time to sort out.
