Interesting looking beastie, I get the feeling I've seen it before and its got a cossie engine in it but can anybody tell me what it is?

That was quick!

I knew I'd seen it somewhere before. They aren't made by DAX anymore though are they? Also I thought they were all hard topped.

Looks funky though.

Yep the project was sold, can't remember who to.
They were cossie powered and normally had a targa roof arrangement.

It is a kit car so could easily have been chopped.

Hmmm. They look damn similar. That web site is hosted by Toolsnstuff, which is Dontlift isn't it?

Well, put it this way, the front screen is quite different (the Kamala has the rear edge of the screen aiming for the front wheel far more than the track car that has the rear edge of the screen more vertical), side pod intakes different shape, bodywork at front different ie wings, side pods different, so not a production Kamala.

It was the nose that made the car very distinctive.

OK, early prototype or chopped version then?

Last I heard, Patrick was building a Kamala with Cossie engine.
