Any ideas of what VS stands for?

Nnnnnnnooooooo! It's some git's idea of 'improving' an Gen III Mazda RX-7, one of the best looking production designs of the last 25 years. Suspect VS stands for the perpetrators - Veil Side.

indeed. It is an RX7 with a veilside bodykit. Not many of these were made so it is rare and a good spot but not my cup of tea.
