My first thought was a Corbin Sparrow but what you saw has cycle wings so that's a no... Hmmm... Any hint on propulsion?

There was a little talk a few months ago of an electric version emerging soon, and the possibility of a few more bike powered ones.

The manufacturer still exists - call him and persuade him if you want one!!

It's looking like that 'spot' is pretty rare.
I'm told they only sold one customer car (in white) then the demonstrator.

The web site is still up but no reply on the listed phone number or the email so looks like they have gone.
