What is the Lotus 23B replica auction?

It's nothing to do with me but have always had a soft spot for the 23. The original owner has an Elan and Lotus 7 kit going trough the same auction as projects.
No idea what it is but I gather from the roll hoop and brace it's not an original Lotus but some sort of replica?
Anyone have any ideas?
