Lotus 7 kit w/ hardtop?

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of a Lotus 7 style kit car that has the all weather option of a removable hardtop?

That scan is from AutoCar if I remember correctly, and not that recent either.

Have Westfield sold many of these hardtops?

Not a clue, you'd have to ring up westfield and ask them, it is me or does it look strange????
