Anyone know when Peter Filby's second volume is likely to come out? It was due at the end of 2010, last I heard it was slated for May this year, but obviously hasn't appeared yet............?

Last I heard - publication delayed to Q1 or Q2 2012 - due to inclusion of additional info.
