Temp and fuel gauges

Both the temp and fuel gauges on my 3000m are not reading correctly.

With the engine up to temp it will read just a shade over 50 degrees

And the fuel gauge reads almost empty all the time.

Even if you earth out the fuel sender it only reads half way.

Any ideas?
