can anyone help with a good honest relyable garage to take my care to some one who deals in this car

Is that a Toyota ? Think you may have got the wrong Forum maybe try this one?

ETA... It might help to mention your location, no point in someone coming up with the "best garage in the World" if its 300 miles away !
