38 DGAS Main jets?

Could someone please confirm if the main jets on a 38 DGAS are in within the area indicated by the yellow ring?

(I think the two brass items he's pointing to are the emulsion tubes)

Correct. Yellow circle indicate the main jets.
Although what he is pointing at are technically the air corrector jets.
Emulsion tubes are below them.
