Are they still in business?? After good initial correspondence regarding a carpet set for my 3000M I asked if they could do Yellow piping on a Black carpet to which they replied ‘send me the RAL Code as they had several Yellows. I have emailed them many times over the last 3 months and filled in their online forms and never heard back.
I have also had the same experience with carpets4you2010 a German company!! I emailed them on a Sunday and even got a reply straight back….after a couple of emails back and forth, Nothing !!

I used Coverdale for my Vixen carpets. Do not be put off by the fact that they do not list your model, they have patterns for various models and may well be able to help. I found them good to deal with, they sent samples and were happy to discuss.
