New Motorsport Film

Hi,
my name is Edward and I am the producer & director of Trackside. Trackside is an independent, feature length documentary film about Motorsport marshals. We will be following several marshals throughout the year as well as interviews with some world famous drivers including Allan McNish, Anthony Davidson, Caterham F1 and many others.

However as we are a small indie film company, so far we have self funded this entire thing, and are looking for a way to raise some funds, and give people the chance to get some really great rewards in return. We have just launched our kickstarter page and you have the chance to get digital downloads of the film, credits in the film as well as signed F1 and WEC merchandise.

Have you tried raising through something like Funding Circle? Www.fundingcircle.com

Presumably you have a fundable business. With them you will only pay interest rather than an investor who will want a slice of your equity.

Hi, the idea of Kickstarter it gives people around the world a chance to invest a little bit, can even be just a pound! Or do slightly more in return for rewards of the film, so it's not necessarily a business investment.

So people are pledging towards a film they want to get made.
