Hi,
I'd appreciate a recommendation of manufacturer for a good-quality FIA type master switch with auxiliary contacts.

I fitted a new one two years ago and suffer occasional breaking of the auxiliary contacts, it wasn't a cheap part either.

Sadly they are all fairly rubbish. I'v lost count of the number that have failed or worse partially failed so you cant figure out whats going wrong.

I just have them down as a winter replacement consumable !!!


even the clever electronic stuff doesnt seem that reliable

I thought Autolec were supposed to be good

ETA 911, or its bigger brother if greater load needed. Used in many manufacturer builds - never had a problem with mine - can't say the same for Autolec or Cartek
