Just had my 3 extinguishers done (every year for me) the one for the tuscan is now 6 years old so i got the engineer to discharge it only to find the valve inside had corroded and the rubber collector hose had split when the top came off (after a piss poor discharge).
I would reccomend anybody with an extinguisher more than 5 years old gets it properely serviced (discharged and refilled)
The new one ordered will go into alex,s tasmin and all the system will be replumbed as well to be on the safe side as the nozzles/pipes may be blocked etc.

At the very least you want to disconnect your fire ex every season, and blow it through with an air line...

When i had to use mine in anger, the nozzels blocked up almost instantly when the dust in the lines got moist and expanded with the extinguishant...

did feck all..
