Tuscan battery location

The battery on my Tuscan is located next to the fuel tank and fuel pumps on the near side under the cover. Seems a bit dodgy to me and considering moving it to just behind the rear bulkhead.

Where do you have your batteries installed?

That's a standard position mines there. Some peeps move either the batt or fuel over the diff.

Mines behind the diff, right at the very back and very low in the chassis.

My Battery and fire extinguisher are over the diff in the boot.
By the way my car has a removable boot lid.

Thanks for the replys lads. I'll be sticking the battery and fire extinguisher over the diff leaving the fuel compartment as a.......well, fuel compartment. I have a removable boot lid too so should be easy to access.

Work starts this weekend.
