Spare Room for Dinner and Dance.

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone here can help. Em's parents are wanting to come to the Dinner and Dance this year, but there's no rooms left at the hotel (at all!!). If anyone has a double/twin that they are not going to use could we take it please? Will save them having an expensive taxi ride to another hotel!
