You are hosting an F1 dinner party, there will be you and seven guests, who do you invite?
You must invite:
One current F1 driver.
One past driver (still alive)
One dead driver (they will be brought back to life for the party)
One commentator
Any other 3 people connected with F1 alive or dead.
Ideally give reasons for inviting each guest.

Michael Schumacher (just so that I can ask him how he lives with himself)
Jackie Stewart (for the accent)
Ayrton Senna (surely this choice needs no reason)
Murray Walker (obviously)
Christian Horner (I might get the opportunity to punch him in the face)
Max Mosley (he could bring the entertainment biggrin )
Bernie Ecclestone (then I wouldn't be the shortest at the party)

Button - He's a good bloke.
Moss - Legend - Must have some epic stories.
Clark - The greatest ever.
Brundle - For behind the scenes of what's currently going on.
Walker - As per Moss, but from the other side.
Mario Andretti - As per Moss.
Bill Boddy - Another legend.

One current F1 driver.
Lewis Hamilton- whom I think is the best. Besides, a bit of bling helps every party
One past driver (still alive)
Eddie Irvine. He must have some stories to tell. And to ask what Ferrari was really like at the Schumacher time
One dead driver (they will be brought back to life for the party) Innes Ireland. The stories would be legendary
One commentator Murray Walker. For his knowledge, he would be good at filling in the blanks with the drivers memories
Any other 3 people Jenks, Godron Murray and Colin Chapman.

Current driver - JB, always has an amusing tale & a likeable persona.
Past driver - Brundle, his depth of knowledge covers my entire F1 history as a fan.
Dead driver - Senna, needs no explanation.
Commentator - Murray - Mr F1.
3 others - Mark Webber for his cutting & accurate observations. Lewis Hamilton as he, JB & MW clearly get on and LH would get to meet his idol and Jim Clark as he is almost universally admired as GOAT by everyone on both sides of the catch fencing.
I'd go with this...

Dead driver - James Hunt (life and soul)

Wildcard 1 - Graham Hill (aka Dick Dastardly)
Wildcard 2 - Mike Hawthorn (ditto)
Wildcard 3 - Alonso's brolly chick from Japan

Hamilton, Despite the bad press I always remember his excitement driving Senna's car on Top Gear, He loves the sport.

David Coulthard, Always enjoy listening to his views.

Ayrton Senna, no explanation really required.

Martin Brundle. With respect to Murray Brundle is brilliant and he raced against Senna.

Patrick Head, his stories of F1 are legendary, Niki Lauda again, little explanantion needed as he really does say it as it is, and finally Nigel Roebuck, the best F1 journalist of all time.

I'd be up all night just listening!!

One current F1 driver.
- Webber (you are likely to get some emotional outbursts and some insight)

One past driver (still alive)
- Hill (he just seems like a decent bloke - most of the time)

One dead driver (they will be brought back to life for the party)

One commentator
- Murray (just so he and Hill could get confused over pasta and pizza)

Any other 3 people connected with F1 alive or dead.
- Buttons dad (he will get drunk and talk cr@p),
- Brundle (he speaks straight)
- DC (as I have a photo of him 'with' my mum that I need to ask him about).

Past - Moss for the stories and being a proper bloke
Dead - Hunt (or maybe Ireland) as per Moss
Commentator - Lauda as he wouldn't pull any punches in telling how it is
Random 1 - Bernie E, so long as he promised to spill the beans on his wheeler dealing
Random 2 - Nuvolari to hear how it was in the really old days
Random 3 - that Italian bird Brundle keeps flirting with on his grid walks

Other 3:
Ayrton Senna (no explanation needed)

One current F1 driver: Kobayashi (he's a trained sushi chef!)

One past driver (still alive): Jody Scheckter (He owns buffalo: Great Steaks.)

One dead driver (they will be brought back to life for the party): Nuvolari
(He could bring his record of the Italian National Anthem, which I love)

One commentator: Murray Walker. Even if I got bored of the stories about F1 there's all the stories about when he was in advertising in the 60s. And if it still wasn't bedtime there's always when he drove a tank in WW2.

Any other 3 people connected with F1 alive or dead: Brundle for the sarcasm, Bernie to be sarcastic at, and the bloke who does the watches, just because he looks a bit lonely sometimes.
