European Late Model Series: How to get involved?

As some of you may know, I've recently fallen in love with NASCAR racing. Been looking at any similar race series in Europe, which has brought me to the Euro Late Model Series. This looks like fun, the cars look similar to the previous generation of NASCAR cars, and looks like they all have a V8. Would love to know how to get involved with one of the teams, or failing that, I know dad wants to start running race cars in the near future, and I know he loves NASCAR, so maybe I could convince him to get a Late Model Series team going if the money all adds up. On their site, they have cars for sale for around £15k, which sounds pretty damn reasonable, obviously I know there'll be more costs, so just out of interest, approximately how much would a full season cost?
Failing that, anyone know of any contacts so I could perhaps get involved?

Check out race car direct, they hire out legends In the uk oval track legends championship. A guy called kieth wholly also has 2 ex ascars, he might be able to tell you how much it costs to run or hire one

there is a guy who comes on here who used to race one,i think his user name is thunderbelmont,he might be able to give you some pointers
