Thinking about going to this, but I'm not sure I can get the time off work, so don't want to pre-order tickets. Will be arriving early, so are there always plenty of tickets on the gate. It'll be my first time at one of these events and I'd hate to be stood outside listening because I can't get in

I've been the last two years, I doubt you'd have trouble getting a ticket on the gate because it's never that crowded, having said that I've always pre-ordered mine so I could be wrong! Not going this year, Britcar instead.

I went last year and I'm going again this year. As the above poster said, it's not that busy and tickets can easily be purchased on the gate; that's what I'll be doing anyway

I hope so. I'm nipping down with the boy on the Sunday morning. On one hand, it's a shame (and a bit of a mysery that there aren't more spectators) but on the other hand, it has it's advantages.

You won't have a problem getting in. The only time i've seen it really busy was a few years ago when Peugeot gave free tickets away.

I usually pre-order but last year i didn't bother. As i approached the gate i was given 2 free tickets by someone who had spares from a sponsor
