Starting in about 15 minutes, and if the ALMS race is anything to go by, we are on for a cracking first race around the streets of Baltimore.

Can anyone point me towards an internet feed? I've not got the right Sky pack and my usual sources have disappeared.
Much thanks in advance smile

Many thanks Mr Hanger - I forgotten about my mate Justin as I hadn't seen him in a while!

Justin's pal 6Brian6 is useful.

Bit of a carpark going on there, or a parking lot should I say...

Some of the main car sponsors always make me smile, considering cost of space. There must be a lot of money in Buffalo Wings. hehe

have a close look at the first corner at the start of the race, as the cars come round there is a pick up truck heading the wrong way down the track right in front of the cars, it luckily manages to dive into an escape road just in time, but the front 2 rows of cars must have seen it. The commentators missed it! How the green flag was flown with that on the track.........

1st clip is how we saw it on TV - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZ2NA_rQd1g

2nd clip is another view from the stand, opposite the one posted above. Madness.

Indycar race control seem to be lurching from one crisis to the next at the moment, what with the New Hampshire debacle, Pantano's mystifying penalty at Sonoma and now this. Shame, as the actual Baltimore event seemed to be a success. The race was so so, but the stands certainly looked full, which is more than can be said for a lot of races of late. Would hate to see a string of stupid rulings ruin the series, just when it finally seems to be picking up again.

Just... wow, if I was in that truck methinks I'd have just walked off, INDYCAR showing how they can act sometimes!

Was it the truck we saw backing into the tyres at the chicane before the start (that power hit in practice) to move them across a bit. I thought it just had to turn off left and park up next to the big rig we saw in the background looking back down the track from further up the next straight?

Not as bad as the wtcc a couple of years ago at pau. When the safety car came out of the pits and hit the bmw wrecked both cars.
