Honestly, I dont think you'll find a bad one!
Just find something thats either within walking / cycling distance - most of them will run a 'shuttle' service which actually equates to a minibus or 7 seater taxi and you'll wait forever for it if you catch the queue wrong!
Anyway - there's normally a very friendly atmosphere with those opening their doors to grand prix goers, so just find one that looks like its got a reasonable shower/toilet facility and a good bar and go for it!

It's also ideal if you like being packed in like sardines, pneumatic cannon fire, chainsaws (no, really) and all night German house music. This year we stayed at the Ster campsite which is a bit further from the circuit but was significantly quieter,in terms of both noise and numbers of people. There is also a small bar on site that's open in the evenings. There are several others dotted around the circuit that I'm sure others have stayed at and will be able to recommend (or not!).

German house music and chain saws! Well if I was going with a group i'd be up for that but as I am being a billy no mates on this trip I think I better find one for quiet people! One that is pretty close to the circuit will be great although I really don't mind walking half hour if need be. Security is a must though! The organsing I have experienced at certain Silverstone events has been top draw in the past.
Having camped in the official campsite behind Rivage in 2007 I think this is another one to be avoided. Truely dreadful shower and toilet facilities and as another poster has mentioned deafening German house music throughout the night.
Can't comment on any alternatives but if you book up early enough there are some very pleasant reasonably priced hotels in the surrounding Ardennes villages.
Whatever you choose you are in for a treat - there is nowhere quite like Spa!

Camping du Moulin. Really good place, lovely little pub with 30 Belgian beers, a very interesting ex-oil rig engineer and run by a slightly unhinged Dutchman. It's quite a way from the circuit, but you can drive to within about a 40 minute walk and park your car, free, on very quiet roads.
It's a quiet site, but plenty of Brits there and really lovely beers.
74 Euros for four nights for two and a car. Three miles from the local Carrefour. magic.
