Stumbled across this series of programmes on ESPN, have set Sky+ to record the series and what an absolute classic it is! It's amazing to see Silverstone as it was 30 years ago looking how it was when I used to go MGCC racing there in the 70s. I know we say it every time but it's amazing to see how many people there are scattered around the track in dangerous positions, press, photographers and generally people wandering around inside the fencing. Then there's Lord Heskett and James Hunt smoking a fag on the pit lane! Would you belive an Austin Princess as the course car... And what about catch fencing, what an abomination that was! racing with Lauda, Fittipaldi, Hunt, Scheckter, Mass, Jarrier, Donoghue etc. And of course Murray Walker... f a n t a s t i c !!!
