Cup race starts in about 40 mins. First race of the chase, Kenseth on pole from Menard.

Anyone watching ?

yep, all sorts of estimates as to when it will hit. Track has lights though so they could run well in to the evening if they wanted.

Could be a few hours before they start. Raining there now, and when it stops it'll take them about 2hrs to dry the track.

re scheduled for 6 pm our time today, Monday. Not on the Premier sport shcedule yet though, assume they will show it live though.

Crazy at the end with guys running out of fuel, Kenseth got put a lap down, Jr 3rd and I think Montoya ended up about 15th or so.

Smart driving by Stewart. For all his ability I don't think JJ is that smart when having to race against fuel.

I like the economy runs. Don't want to see them every week, but it's a completely different way of racing that means the result is genuinely in doubt until the very end. How much did the running order change in the last two laps?

Enjoyed the in-car feeds via nascar.com as well, I was watching the 88 and they had the car working in the final run the whole way through, he was picking them off consistently throughout the run and was up to 5th before people started running out of fuel - you could hear it stutter coming out of turn 4 on the last lap but finished just about under power.
