Whilst photogrphing the stars at the Revival yesterday I had an awesome moment where I thought Murrey was going to shake Stirling Moss' hand when Murray was entering the Drivers Club. It was early and Murray walked through the entrance and beamed a big smile when he saw Moss.

Stirling quickly looked down and ignored Murray.

I was 5 yards away and was quite shocked. Here are a couple of snaps. I never caught the moment they crossed as I was awaiting a handshake.

I can see from the picture that Murray is angry - and Stirling is reaching for his gun.

I found the opposite, he chatted openly for 10mins or so at Goodwood a couple of years back.

I'm informed from someone who has corresponded with and met Moss that he is an arrogant, grumpy bd.

He was probably referring to Kate Moss.

You do realise that Sir Stirling had a date with a gaggle of Bunny Girls, don't you?

Why would he want to be delayed by Murray? hehe

Thats a shame, I was under the impression he was anything but, but then I've never met him.

It was a few years back, but I can only imagine he's got worse with old age!!!

I met Stirling moss at the Silverstone classic either last year or the year before, quite brief encounter but seamed a nice guy,

Only time I've seen Murrey Walker was at the Festival of speed many years ago where he was refusing to sign an autograph for a young lad, thought that was a bit harsh and rather changed my opinion of him.

But like someone said earlier, most people can be grumpy some of the time.

That. And possibly he wanted to be somewhere else and not held up by a chat with Murray.

Now if he did it to everybody all day that's different. But it could just be timing and/or a personality clash between them. There are people I know who I would...fail to see if it was convenient.

Probably just trying to get somewhere and always gets people yelling his name out, wouldn't surprise me if he didn't even realise.
