Britcar tickets havent arrived yet

Can anybody suggest what i should do, i ordered the 2 for £30 all singing all dancing tickets from britcar but they havent arrived, i have rang the contact number on the site but keep getting the answer phone (i imagine they are all at silverstone) were supposed to be going tommorow and they didnt come with the post this morning......please help?

Just turn up. Silverstone's gate staff are like a leaky tap at Britcar weekend. They'll let anyone in!

We had to buy some tickets from another member, im absolutely gutted because the deal had a programme, grandstand seats and infield parking, britcar staff are completely un-contactable so i had no other option, and lol they seemed that way a few years back so not much has changed then haha
