The wheels do look pretty fancy hence why they may have removed from the auction

I did think in Abu Dhabi on the run up to the start line, Vettel did one or two more burn outs than normal prior to the race start. It wouldn't surprise me that the heat affected the carcass of the tyre and as soon as he loaded it up it failed. Obviously it's all speculation but considering the the Newey design team are very, very inventive in regards to aerodynamics and also heat management then I wouldn't put it past them.
