Didn't know him but remember his work.

That's just awful.

Very sad.

Utterly unimpressed at his actions though, almost designed to cause maximum distress. I realise that people are not at their most rational at times like that but i have to say that is a very censored ish way to go about it all.

My initial reaction is always "selfish fker" but I can't even begin to imagine the world of hurt he must have been in to do that.

Whilst suicide is always selfish I can't help buy agree with you. No matter how bad life could possibly get I could never do that to my wife.

Shocking. Why would someone torture their family like that.

Devils Advocate.

Maybe his wife had just told him, she was going to divorce him, make sure he'd never see his kids again and she was going to take his company from him in the "settlement"

Tragic but can we move this somewhere else - or delete the thread.

Why? It's relevant.

It's tenuous at best.

Perhaps it was relevant merely to attract the attention of those who visit here, work in the motorsport industry, & knew the guy.

Unfortunately the macabre nature of his self-inflicted end has resulted in continued input on the thread, our contributions will not help in understanding, nor, ameliorating the effects of his demise , for those who have been affected by it .

For the guy to do this he has either been a nut-case, or put under unbearable stress (perhaps by the partner he inflicted the live show on )

I doubt if this is for us to determine, & if it is, probably this is not the place.

I would also suggest the thread is closed.

The reason I posted it was quite simply because of his connection to motorsport.

Clearly possible that people who visit here may well have known him and were unaware of his unfortunate demise.
