Ferrari & Mclaren spygate 2?

With all the rumours of them having very similar designs with the split floor and the fighter style wing's/intakes what risk is there of an other spygate with the recent excedous of people from Mclaren to Ferrari?

I doubt any team would be stupid enough to compromise their season with any shenanigans like '07.

Unrelated but it is rumored that Webber's front wing "disappeared" after he binned it at Monza and we did see some experimental wings on the Ferraris towards the end of the season.

Not a rumour - it's 100% true. Whether it's on some fans wall or back at Ferrari HQ is up for debate

thats one of the articals that got me thinking of the above. will be interesting to see if there is any fall out due to the similar designs etc
