Raising sponsorship money

BUMP FROM ..............On another note has anyone thought of idea,s to raise a little money for the paddock area yet? i posted up somewhere for idea,s and top gear was mentioned by Billy but i have heard no more.Andy kindly did calenders last year and i dare say he would be up for sorting them this year but i have not asked him yet and he may be toooooo busy, does anyone else want to take on organising this before I ask him? As you all know, myself and Gary Lancashire, sorted out the class of 2011 garage/wallposters. I must admit, I have not seen or spoke to Gary this season, what did everyone think to them and is it worth us considering getting a class of 2012 sorted out?
Hi Perry i for one didnt know of the class of 2011 or about the drivers meeting earlier in the year..albiet i only did donnington last year..it is easy to loose touch.
I really think we need to seriously look at were we are going and who is doing what...we seem to be relying on whoever is willing to do their bit,...without any roles.eg Leigh Jones has put alot
of effort into our Utube vids( not as was said cos some of us bought the gear of him)
I think we need people elected to have a role..we cant rely on piston heads ..look at how many racers post on here ...it would be better copying everyone in on emails.....i for one love the racing and it needs some BRAINSTORMING to start off with .....

The Class Posters was great, but if they are done again can we have them in A3, as they was a little bigger and a pain to get in a standard clipboard or frame.
One thing I think we should have, is Mugs for every weekend, like the TVRCC did/do for track days, with the TVRCC and weekends sponsors on them, people use mugs a lot more than a trophy, also be nice to give each racer one, so at least they have something to remember the weekend.
Main problem with set roles for people, is every one doing it for free.
I know I've sold people camera's, but this has been basicly at cost to allow more people to have them, I may have made £10-20 each depending on the exchange rate, but this does not even cover my petrol, let alone the hours of editing and uploading.
but we all do it for the greater good of the series.
